About Us

Amsterdam & Overseas applies a ‘Buy, Fix and Sell’ strategy by (i) buying income producing, undermanaged, well-located commercial properties at discounts to replacement costs, (ii) addressing temporary or correctable flaws in properties’ tenancies or physical attributes through intensive asset management, and (iii) selling the assets once the objectives are accomplished. Our approach blends institutional discipline with entrepreneurial execution.

Our Investment Approach

Opportunistic

We acquire mispriced or mismanaged assets with upside potential—such as vacant properties, light-industrial to residential conversions, or outdated apartments with repositioning scope. Value is created via targeted capex, redesign, zoning optimisation, ESG upgrades, and active leasing. We pursue Buy–Fix–Sell strategies with clear timelines, business plans, and exit to core/core+ buyers.

Core+

We target stabilised, income-generating properties in urban markets with long-term demand drivers. These include multi-family, mixed-use and light-commercial assets with potential for operational uplift, rent reversion or structural optimisation. Value is driven by distribution optimisation, lease restructuring, light upgrades and cost efficiencies. We pursue Hold & Enhance strategies with a focus on income, durability and value preservation.
